Cpl Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) for a part time post, on-site role in Tallaght, Dublin, supporting a well-established multinational corporate organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an RGN with occupational health experience seeking a Monday-Friday nursing job with no nights or weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full occupational health nursing service on-site
• Conduct health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion programmes
• Perform pre-employment medicals and fitness-to-work assessments
• Manage workplace injuries, illness, and case management
• Support absence management and return-to-work processes
• Liaise with HR, management, and external medical providers
• Maintain accurate clinical and occupational health records in line with GDPR

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration
• Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health preferred
• Proven experience in occupational health nursing (corporate, industrial, or manufacturing setting desirable)
• Strong communication, clinical, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site corporate health role
