An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a friendly, supportive in-house Occupational Health team in Sheffield.

This hybrid role offers the chance to work closely with a Senior Occupational Health Advisor and collaborate with a wider multidisciplinary team to deliver a high-quality, proactive Occupational Health and Wellbeing service.

You'll play a key role in shaping and driving the service forward, contributing ideas and supporting a positive health culture across the organisation.

The Role

You will deliver a full Occupational Health remit, including:

  • Sickness absence management
  • Management referrals
  • Health surveillance
  • Health promotion initiatives
  • Pre-employment screening

  • Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Advisor
  • Confident managing a varied caseload independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passionate about workplace wellbeing
