The Westmorland and Furness Council Occupational Health team provides organisational and individual advice on all aspects of occupational health. We are passionate about ensuring the wellbeing of a multi disciplinary workforce.

About this opportunity

As an Occupational Health Administrator, you will work within the Occupational Health Team alongside our clinical nursing team and doctor. You will help ensure the smooth running of the department by carrying out a range of administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing files, setting up clinics, and supporting our doctor. The role may involve occasional cross county travel.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments for the Occupational Health Team.
  • Prepare patient files and set up clinics.
  • Support the doctor with administrative tasks.
  • Travel cross county when required.
Qualifications
  • Organised and professional administrator.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Background in healthcare desirable (training will be provided).
  • Experience using clinical systems desirable.
  • Previous experience in a health environment advantageous.
