Nursery Room Leader: Lead & Elevate Early Years Team

Refresh Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader for our Surbiton nursery. You will manage your room, support and develop practitioners, and create a nurturing environment for children aged 0-5.

The role requires Level 3 EYFS qualification, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for early years education. Contract is full-time; salary £29,000-£31,200 per annum, with 40 hours over 4 or 5 days.
