The Role- Position: Nursery Practitioner
- Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term & Short-Term/Daily Roles
- Location: High Wycombe (HP12)
- Start: September 2026
- Has a Level 1, Level 2 or ideally a Level 3 EYFS Qualification
- Has previous nursery or early years experience
- Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's development
- Understands safeguarding and the importance of a safe learning environment
- Can support learning through play, routines and purposeful activities
- Builds warm and trusting relationships with children and families
- Works effectively as part of an early years team
- Is patient, reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
- Provide high-quality care and engaging learning experiences
- Support children's communication, physical, social and emotional development
- Contribute to observations, assessments and learning journals
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
