Nursery Practitioner

Overview

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private day nursery in Rotherham, focusing on child engagement with a therapeutic approach. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warm, positive, private day nursery that provides both indoor and outdoor areas split into age appropriate sections and sensory enhancing activities.

Responsibilities

• Support children from ages 6 weeks up to 4 years across all rooms.
• Implement the Early Years Foundation Studies (EYFS) curriculum with a 'can do' approach.
• Report directly to the Nursery Manager and contribute to the nursery's growth and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 required).
• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• 'Can do' mindset and willingness to get involved.
