About Our Nursery Our Approach

At Kiddi Caru Coronation Road, we follow a play based, child centred Early Years curriculum that supports each stage of development from babies to preschoolers. Children explore through programmes like Health & Self, Innovate & Investigate, Move & Groove, Make & Bake and Sow & Grow, helping them build confidence, creativity and a love of learning in a nurturing environment.

Located at 3A Coronation Road, Downend, Bristol, BS16 5SN, our nursery enjoys a peaceful setting in South Gloucestershire while remaining well connected with transport links to Staple Hill, Mangotsfield, Emersons Green and beyond.

Our Team

Our passionate and experienced team are committed to providing high quality early years education. With Level 3 qualified practitioners trained in safeguarding, paediatric first aid and food hygiene, we deliver attentive, nurturing care tailored to every child's needs.

Facilities

The nursery offers age appropriate indoor playrooms with cosy, home like spaces and a range of stimulating resources. Children benefit from three outdoor garden areas with play kitchens, water play, sand trays and growing benches that support imaginative play and outdoor exploration.

What will you be doing
  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Support and supervise playroom staff with their day to day duties
  • Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
  • Ensure that practiceand provision in the nurserymeets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
  • Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
