GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join a warm, welcoming early years setting in Newcastle. In this role, you'll be helping children learn, grow, and build foundations that last a lifetime.

What You'll Be Doing as a Nursery Nurse:

• Supporting the learning, development, and welfare of children aged 0-5
• Creating stimulating and engaging learning environments
• Assisting with key development areas including communication, social skills, and early literacy/numeracy
• Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and emotional well-being
• Working closely with nursery staff, parents, and external professionals
• Ensuring a safe and caring environment, following safeguarding and EYFS guidelines

What We're Looking for in a Nursery Nurse:

• Experience in an early years or nursery setting (Level 2/3 Childcare qualification desirable)
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive attitude and a love for supporting young children
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
