Nursery Manager - Meridian

Location: Meridian
Contract: Monday to Friday - shifts between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per annum

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Nursery management experience (3+ years)
• A strong record of ongoing training and/or professional qualifications
• Ability to lead by example, providing the highest quality childcare whilst supporting and leading the staff team
• Minimum full and relevant Level 3 in Early Years and Education
• A customer service approach, being willing to go above and beyond for families

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the nursery
• Building strong and positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality within the nursery
• Completing CPD to continuously up-skill and provide the best practice, and cascade this learning to the team
• Actively promoting the setting to new and potential families
• Ensuring the setting's policies and procedures are followed at all times
• Delivering rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children develop and thrive
• Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure all individual needs are met and all children can reach their full potential
