The Role - Nursery Assistant (Bristol)
- Support children aged 0-5 in a nurturing environment
- Assist with play-based learning activities and daily routines
- Promote social, emotional, and communication development
- Ensure a safe, engaging and inclusive setting
- Work closely with staff and parents to support each child's progress
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for early years education and childcare
- Experience working with young children (desirable but not essential)
- A patient, caring and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)
