As a Nursery Assistant working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and development.

The Ideal Candidate Experience
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education
  • Experience supporting children and young people on a 1:1 and group basis
  • A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with teachers and other staff
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
