Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Leckhampton, Cheltenham
Reed is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery setting in Leckhampton for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and enthusiastic team.

About the Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with young children and can bring warmth, energy, and enthusiasm to the nursery environment.
You'll need to:
- Create a welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Be confident joining in with nursery rhymes, songs, stories, and imaginative play.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Keep a watchful eye on busy little learners and support their development.
- Be comfortable supporting all aspects of children's care and wellbeing.
- Embrace messy play, outdoor activities, and fun-filled learning experiences.
- Read stories, enjoy pretend tea parties, and celebrate children's creativity.
- Bring a sense of humour and a positive attitude to work every day.
Most importantly, you'll play a key role in helping children develop, grow, and thrive during their early years.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential)
- Experience working in a nursery environment, particularly with children aged 0-2 years
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and nurturing approach
- A full driving licence would be advantageous
