Currently we have an excellent opportunity for a nurse to transition into a global medical operations role within a specialist travel risk and medical assistance service. This role offers the chance to step away from frontline care while still applying your clinical expertise to support complex international medical cases, including evacuations, repatriations and crisis response situations.

Immediate Start

Salary: £32,500 - £35,000
Position: Nurse - Travel & Medical Assistance
Hours: Monday - Friday, Full Time
Setting: Office-based (hybrid after 6m probation)
Location: London, Farringdon

Your key responsibilities will be;

  • Manage incoming medical cases and coordinate appropriate responses
  • Provide clinical guidance on complex international cases
  • Support medical evacuations and repatriation planning
  • Contribute to global incident and crisis response
  • Liaise with international providers and healthcare facilities
  • Produce case reports and medical summaries
  • Support training and development within operations teams

For this role, we're looking for someone who has;

  • Nurse qualification (does not need to have UK NMC reg)
  • Ideally experience in a similar role
  • Strong decision-making in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Interest in non-clinical, operational healthcare roles
