Job responsibilities

• Lead andmotivate a clinical team, including bank, agency, and specialist nurses, todeliver against KPIs.
• Support andfacilitate team development through training, performance reviews, andsuccession planning.
• Identify andimplement service improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Maintainyour clinical competence to provide field support and patient visits whenrequired.
• Collaboratewith internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Provideon-call support for out-of-hours clinical services.
• Build strongworking relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NHSand third-party providers.
• Deliverclear, insightful reports and track progress against key performanceindicators.
• Ensure fullcompliance with regulatory guidelines, including NMC standards and companypolicies.
• Document allpatient interactions accurately and in accordance with company/client policies.
• Stay updatedwith industry compliance, policies, and professional development.

Person Specification Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and a relevant professional qualification (Honours degree or equivalent).
• Essential: Minimum one year of management experience in a clinical setting.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or NHS.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and pre-employment medical checks.
• Post-registration qualification in management, CVAD, or parenteral nutrition.
