I'm recruiting for a Nurse Case Manager to manage adult complex care packages across Merseyside and West Lancashire, supporting clients with high-acuity clinical needs to live safely and independently within the community.

What's on Offer?
  • Salary up to £40,000 DOE
  • Monday-Friday working pattern
  • Hybrid working - 2 days office-based / 3 days client-based or home-based
  • No nights or regular weekend shifts
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Company laptop and mobile phone
  • Pension scheme
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Clear career progression within a leading national complex care provider

If you're an experienced Complex Care Nurse looking for greater autonomy, improved work life balance and the opportunity to lead high quality care in the community, we'd love to hear from you.
