NUIST Joint Programmes Co-ordinator - (SETU Confined - Specified Purpose)

  • Contract: Whole-Time, Specified Purpose Contract up to 31 August 2027
  • Salary:The gross salary scale applicable to the post is €94,736- €117,279 p.a. on a full-time basis (rates effective 01/06/2026). Given the contract duration is less than 12 months, the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
The Department of Computing and Mathematics in the Faculty of Science and Computing is seeking to recruit an NUIST Joint Programmes Co-ordinator. The primary responsibility of the post-holder will be assisting the Head of Department with the coordination and administration of the NUIST partnership. The Department is responsible for three degree programmes (each 4 years full-time).

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of these programmes or related administration and will hold a post-graduate qualification in a discipline area related to the Department.

The appointee will report into the Head of Department for the efficient and effective control in accordance with Faculty and University policies and plans. The performance of this work will require regular attendance at the University.
