The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic and well-respected real estate team, where you will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters. The role is particularly well suited to a motivated and career-driven individual who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility early in their legal career. You will work closely with experienced lawyers and partners, supporting a high-calibre client base on complex, high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the team on a variety of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects
• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and ancillary documentation
• Conducting title due diligence and preparing client reports
• Engaging directly with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
• Managing matters with growing autonomy and taking initiative in progressing files

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ or up to 1 year PQE), with a seat completed in commercial property or real estate during training
• Excellent technical skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Capable communicator with a client-focused approach
• Ambitious and eager to contribute to a high-performing, supportive team
• Genuine interest in commercial property law and a desire to grow within the sector
