About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and passionate NIO House Specialist to join the team at NIO House Rotterdam. As NIO House Specialist you will get hands-on experience working in an innovative environment and supporting various aspects of the NIO House operations, customer engagement, and brand-building efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer (User) Engagement & Support: Assist the team in welcoming visitors and NIO community members, providing information about NIO House Rotterdam, and services.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and manage community events, workshops, and product demonstrations within NIO House, contributing ideas to enhance user experience.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent NIO's values and vision by ensuring that visitors and customers (users) have a positive and memorable experience at NIO House Rotterdam.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily operations, including showroom maintenance, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
• Content Creation: Support the creation of marketing materials and social media content to promote NIO House events and initiatives.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer (user) feedback, and competitor activities to help the team better understand the local market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different teams including marketing (UD), and customer service (user support) to support NIO's goals in the Netherlands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a bonus.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute creatively to the team.
