Cochlear is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to ensure the warehouse runs at peak efficiency, maximising service levels delivering exceptional customer experience across the EMEA region. The role is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, administration, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and compliance. Start with a 7-month contract and the opportunity to become a permanent team member. The role is based in Cochlear's EUDC in Venlo, Netherlands. Pick and pack customer orders within agreed quality standards, aiming for zero picking errors. Use handheld scanners and mobile devices for accurate picking and shipping. Adhere to defined Warehouse Standards and Quality Management System Procedures and instructions. Work collaboratively within the team and other departments.
