Night Shift Warehouse Operative - Parcels, Training, Growth

The Best Connection in Newton Aycliffe is hiring Warehouse Operatives / Parcel Sorters for a fast-paced parcel operation. You will load/unload parcels, scan with handheld scanners, and sort parcels as part of daily logistics.

This full-time role includes night shift 02:00-09:30, Sunday/Monday to Friday with optional Saturday, and overtime after 40 hours. Inductions start immediately; after 14 weeks, a permanent contract may be offered based on performance and attendance.
