Night-Shift Retail Team Leader - Customer Service

John Lewis Waitrose Chandler's Ford is seeking a Team Leader to support the shop management and lead Partners during night shifts. You will help deliver excellent customer service, manage stock and online orders, and contribute to sales and safety standards within a 37.5-hour weekly schedule including weekends.

The role includes a Night Premium of £3.75/hour for hours between 22:00 and 06:00, under a permanent contract. DBS and working-time regulations apply where required.
