Night Shift Line Leader - Drive FMCG Production

AMFRESH Group at the Alconbury Weald site in the UK is seeking a Line Leader to drive production lines, meet daily orders, and ensure safe packaging.

You will lead a team of General Operatives, train new starters, work night shifts (19:15-07:15), liaise with Quality and Technical teams, uphold Health and Safety, report issues, and develop your people toward targets. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent.
