Night Porter, Malmaison

Role: Night Porter

Pay / Hours: £13.01 per hour plus TRONC (service charge)
Contract Type: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise, managing guest expectations and ensuring brand standards are maintained.
• Take responsibility for the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcoming guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensure public areas are kept immaculate, clean public areas and prepare meeting and event spaces for the next day.
• Assist guests with their luggage, deal with enquiries and carry out nightly Health & Safety audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Experience of night shift work is essential.
• Organised, an excellent communicator.
