Night Operations Lead - Homeless Services

DePaul is seeking a Night Deputy Manager for Waterford Manor House on a fixed-term contract (6 months) with a 35-hour week across a 7-day rota. The role reports to a Project Group Manager and focuses on day-to-day local management, upholding harm reduction principles, and delivering high-quality care.

You will lead staff, supervise performance, manage service delivery and rostering, ensure health and safety, and contribute to fundraising and communications.
