Shift Pattern: Nights (rotating 4 nights over 7, including weekends)
Hours per Week: 45

As a Night Manager, you will manage and lead the night team to keep everything running while the store operates 24 hours. You will be responsible for store operations during the night shift, ensuring excellent shop floor standards, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities- Drive strategy into action: Plan and execute trading activity on the shop floor during the night shift, ensuring deliveries are correctly rotated and waste/returns are managed.
- Lead with impact: Coach night colleagues and team leaders, fostering a service culture that optimizes sales.
- Execution focus: Ensure shop floor is landed, presentable, and ready for the day team, including promotion, foyer, and hot spots.
- Talent development: Listen empathetically, drive resilience, encourage ownership, and support team development.
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, preferably overnight.
- Ability to make independent decisions with a hands on attitude and drive process improvement.
- Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
