We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Operative (Nights) to become a vital part of our onsite Hygiene Team at our Protein site in Cleckheaton, Bradford. Position Details- Schedule: Monday - Friday (10:30pm - 06:30am) NIGHTS
- Location: Kober Foods - Cleckheaton - Site Based
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Continuously review and improve cleaning procedures, practices, and standards to align with best practice, customer requirements, and current legislation.
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Inspect all trap points thoroughly and ensure lines are dry and production ready.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks if appropriately trained.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team, treating all colleagues with dignity and respect.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management.
- Manage your time efficiently to ensure all cleaning stages are completed within required timeframes.
- Prepare your work area for production, ensuring trays with liners, bins with tables, foot stands, and tray holders are correctly positioned.
- Accurately complete cleaning task sheets and any other required documentation.
- Promptly report any faults with machinery or equipment.
- Escalate any health and safety concerns to the Hygiene Management team.
- Take ownership of reducing micro and allergen swab failures during equipment and area cleaning.
- Proven experience with chemical handling and training.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- A flexible and positive approach to work.
- Previous hygiene experience within a similar environment is essential.
