About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Hygiene Team at Kober Foods! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Operative (Nights) to become a vital part of our onsite Hygiene Team at our Protein site in Cleckheaton, Bradford. Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (10:30pm - 06:30am) NIGHTS
  • Location: Kober Foods - Cleckheaton - Site Based
  • Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously review and improve cleaning procedures, practices, and standards to align with best practice, customer requirements, and current legislation.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Inspect all trap points thoroughly and ensure lines are dry and production ready.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks if appropriately trained.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team, treating all colleagues with dignity and respect.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management.
  • Manage your time efficiently to ensure all cleaning stages are completed within required timeframes.
  • Prepare your work area for production, ensuring trays with liners, bins with tables, foot stands, and tray holders are correctly positioned.
  • Accurately complete cleaning task sheets and any other required documentation.
  • Promptly report any faults with machinery or equipment.
  • Escalate any health and safety concerns to the Hygiene Management team.
  • Take ownership of reducing micro and allergen swab failures during equipment and area cleaning.

  • Previous hygiene experience within a similar environment is essential.
