In the role of Hotel Night Cleaner, you will report to the Night Operations Manager and be responsible for supporting the night cleaning team in the night-to-night running of the department.

- Provide a great guest experience.
- Clean and maintain the site to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene, including professional presentation of all areas of the hotel, while adhering to COSHH requirements.
- Maintain and use all equipment and supplies appropriately.
- Remove all rubbish to the designated area.
- Work alongside team members such as hotel employees, supervisors, and managers, and work independently when necessary.
- Display a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, wear and maintain the company uniform, and report for duty punctually.
- Report any damages or defects to your supervisor.
- Follow all security and key policies and procedures.
- Take action in matters related to safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests and employees; respond swiftly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- Report any accidents or incidents and assist in completing investigations and reports.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required, which may be outside the normal routine but within the overall scope of the position.
- Follow all payroll procedures and complete daily hours sheet.
Previous experience working in a hotel cleaning environment is preferred. A willingness to learn and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service are essential.
