NICHE CENTRAL LONDON CONSULTANCY: Senior Structural BIM/CAD Manager

Overview

Niche Central London consultancy requires a Senior Structural BIM/CAD Manager to take over, manage and expand a well established team as the business grows.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

Candidates will ideally be a Technician member of IStructE and/or ICE, be educated to HNC/HND level in a construction related field and will have extensive structural engineering draughting and modelling experience combined with superior knowledge of Autodesk Revit BIM/CAD management, protocols and development. Furthermore, they should be capable of motivating and developing a small BIM/CAD team.

Project Scope

Current workload is a diverse mixture of both new build and refurbishment developments across London and the South East, with project values up to £150 million. Many of the consultancy's previous projects have been shortlisted and/or have won awards, and they continue to work on some of London's most dynamic developments.
