What you will do

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services within an Acute Neuro setting, focusing on medicine and elderly care.
• Employ your ward-based respiratory skills to perform thorough assessments and devise effective treatment plans for patients.
• Engage in discharge planning, ensuring patients transition smoothly and safely to subsequent care environments or home settings.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust therapeutic interventions to maximise patient rehabilitation outcomes.

Requirements

• HCPC Registered Physiotherapist.
• Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
• UK NHS qualified experience working as a Physiotherapist.
• Must have demonstrable Acute experience, including for discharge planning in medicine and elderly care.
• Must have ward-based respiratory skills and be familiar with assessment and prescription of functional activities.
