Newly Qualified Construction Associate

This role sits within one of the world's foremost construction practices, advising on major developments across transport, energy, utilities, and real estate. The team is known for its involvement in landmark projects - from large-scale regeneration schemes and international transport hubs to cutting-edge energy infrastructure and cross-border developments. Clients include global developers, institutional investors, sovereign entities, and major contractors.

You'll gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious construction work. On the advisory side, you'll be involved in procurement strategy, contract drafting and negotiation (including NEC and FIDIC forms), and lifecycle risk management. On the disputes side, you'll support clients through complex, high-value proceedings across litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and alternative dispute resolution. The team is also recognised for its innovative approach to dispute financing and strategic claims management.
