A leading professional services firm in Dublin is keen to appoint an Accounts & Business Advisory Newly Qualified Accountant to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CA professional who wants to step into a varied client-facing role with genuine scope for progression, strong mentorship and exposure to modern finance technology.
Working with a broad portfolio of clients, you'll support the delivery of high-quality management accounts, compliance and advisory services, while also helping businesses improve their finance function through automation, systems and AI-led solutions. You'll begin taking ownership of your own client portfolio, build strong client relationships and play a key role in supporting more junior team members.
The Role- Prepare and review management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
- Oversee VAT, VIES, RTD and Intrastat returns
- Support clients with process improvements, automation and best-practice finance solutions
- Build trusted client relationships and deliver a high standard of advisory support
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Work closely with senior leadership as you develop your own portfolio management skills
- Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CA(or equivalent)
- Experience working in a similar role within practice
- Strong management accounts and client advisory experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using cloud-based accounting systems such as Xero and related finance tech tools
- A genuine interest in technology, automation and AI within finance
- Salary of €45,000-€55,000
