Newcastle Courier Onboarding Coach

EVRi International is hiring a Delivery Team Trainer for Newcastle to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1. This fixed-term, full-time role is based at the Newcastle Delivery Unit with immediate starts through to Jan 2027.

You'll guide onboarding, teach app usage, loading and scanning, and foster a supportive, coaching environment. Ideal candidates are local to Newcastle with strong people skills, experience in customer service or training, and comfort with smartphones.
