An established and growing regional law firm with a heritage dating back over 100 years is looking to appoint a talented Wills, Trusts and Tax Solicitor to join its highly regarded Private Client team in Gloucester.

The Role

You will manage a varied and high quality caseload covering:

• Wills and estate planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Inheritance tax and succession planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate administration and probate matters
• Lifetime tax planning and wealth preservation

You will work closely with individuals and families, providing practical and sensitive advice tailored to their needs. There will also be opportunities to support business development initiatives and further strengthen the firm's established presence within the local market.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in private client work, particularly wills, trusts and tax matters.
