I'm looking to speak with an experienced Private Client Lawyer who'd be interested in joining a friendly, well-established law firm based in their Frome office. The firm has excellent retention rates, with many of the team having been there for over a decade, which says a lot about their commitment to staff well-being. If you have at least 2 years' experience running your own caseload, this could be a great next step in your career. The role is full-time, with the added bonus of free on-site parking, easily accessible from surrounding Bristol and Wiltshire. This opportunity comes as part of the firm's continued growth. Responsibilities- Handle a broad range of private client work, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, and tax planning.
- Meet with clients, guide them through sensitive and often complex matters with clarity and empathy.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- 2+ years' experience running your own caseload as a Private Client solicitor.
- Ability to manage matters with independence and professionalism within a supportive team environment.
