ITSecurityCoordinator-PrincipalAccountabilities
- Communicationandexecutiontomanagethesecuritycomplianceactivesbelowwithinterestedparties.
- Coordinationbetweenthecustomer'sITteamsandtheparentcompaniesforITsecuritymatterstosupportcompliancewiththecompany'sglobalsecuritypolicy.
- Coordinationbetweenthecustomer'sITteamsandtheparentcompaniesfortrackingofcorrectiveactionplansasperauditfindingstoimproveITsecurity.
- ReviewtheglobalsecuritypolicyupdateandreflectintoEMEAITsecuritypolicy.
- ProvideITsecurityadviceandguidancetotheITteamandstaff.
- Carryoutregularaccesslogreviewandorganiseimprovementwherenecessary.
- Organiseandprovidesecuritytrainingtostaff.
- Correspondwithstaffforsecuritymatters.
- Documentthesecurityprocess.
- Supportthesecurityincidentresponse.
- Regularandweeklycommunicationswiththecustomerlinemanagertoupdateandprioritisetaskprogress.
- Monthly1:1withthelinemanagerandbi-weekly1:1withtheservicemanagementteamtobeheldoutofbusinesshoursfortechnicalsupport,informationandtaskstatussharingandescalation.
- Adhocrequestsfromyourlinemanager
ITSecurityCoordinator-Knowledge,Skills,ExperienceandKeyCompetencies
- Previousexperienceinthecoordination.
- ExperienceinITsecurityadministrationsuchasdocumentation,auditandincidentevidencecollections,
- WindowsandAVlogreview.
- GeneralITsystemknowledgeinWindowsAD,Anti-Virus,MS365asauser.
- Abilitytoappreciatechallengesandtolearnfast.
- Aspirationforimprovement.
- Taskmanagementandtrackingissues
- Flexibleworkingethictomeetcustomer'sexpectation.
