New Homes Sales Consultant - Derbyshire (Commissioned)

Maitland Selwyn is recruiting an experienced Sales Consultant for a well known national developer in Derbyshire.

You will manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to post-completion customer care, negotiate house sales, advise buyers on properties, and guide them through the buying journey.

The role targets reservations and legal completions within timescales, liaising with purchasers, construction teams, financial advisors, solicitors and estate agents.
