Role overview

The firm is seeking a New Enquiries Paralegal to join its leading Personal Injury and Medical Negligence teams on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded UK law firm and work on some really high-profile matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handles all incoming enquiries received by phone and email
• Directs new catastrophic injury enquiries to the appropriate partners
• Communicates with clients to gather additional information about their injuries and better understand their needs
• Supports the departmental initiative, including BD (such as preparing articles or presentations), internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have achieved a 2:1 at undergraduate level and have previous personal injury or medical negligence experience. New enquiries experience is highly desirable.
