TSR Legal have a rare opportunity for a 1-3 PQE Solicitor to join a superb regional firm in their search to recruit a Solicitor into their Commercial Property team in Central Cardiff offering flexible Hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• The Commercial Property team advises on the full scope of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, planning matters and agricultural property matters.
• The team acts on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients, consisting of small owner managed businesses, private and public bodies and property developers.
• The team prides itself on its in depth knowledge of the local and regional property market.

Qualifications

• Applications are welcomed from 1 - 3 PQE Solicitors with commercial property knowledge and a strong commercial approach to their work.
