Commission & Rewards- Commission paid on every successful new partner signed
- Earnings linked directly to volume, quality, and scale
- Transparent monthly & quarterly targets
- Strong upside for those who consistently exceed expectations
- Recruit major brands, national chains, and multi-site operators into our reward network
- Drive outbound activity - outreach, referrals, warm intros, and industry events
- Identify opportunities and help shape our network growth strategy
- Deliver clear, compelling pitches to mid senior decision-makers
- Build tailored pitch decks and partner materials
- Represent TLC at events, meetings, and industry occasions to boost brand visibility
- Become the go to expert on our reward networks
- Support BD teams with insights and partner info for campaign briefs
- Ensure the business always has the most up-to-date network intelligence
- Own your CRM pipeline - leads, activity, conversion tracking
- Maintain clean, accurate reporting using our CRM + Microsoft Office suite
- Hit (and exceed!) weekly and monthly targets
- Proven experience in new business, partnerships, or commercial sales
- Strong lead generation skills, especially outbound
- Confident pitching to senior stakeholders at well-known brands
- Highly organised with disciplined CRM and Microsoft Office usage
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with multi-site brands, chains, franchises
- Background in rewards, loyalty, media, partnerships, or brand marketing
- Experience building or scaling a network, marketplace, or portfolio
- Familiarity with ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Dotdigital
- Comfortable using events and networking as lead generation opportunities
- A growing, high-quality network of partners across key verticals
- A healthy, active, consistently replenished pipeline
- Confident, autonomous management of the full acquisition cycle
- Clear contribution to network scale, coverage, and campaign performance
- BD teams fully supported with accurate network intel and materials
