New Business Lead London (Hybrid) Digital Marketing
We're partnering with a fast-growing, independently owned digital marketing consultancy to find their next New Business Lead. Our client has built a proprietary technology suite that sets them apart in the market - and they're now looking for a driven individual to own their new business function and accelerate growth.
The RoleYou'll take full ownership of outbound lead generation - identifying and engaging senior marketing and growth decision-makers at high-potential brands, managing their CRM, and supporting the leadership team through pitches and proposals. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute relentlessly.
What You'll Do- Build and manage an outbound pipeline targeting their ideal client profile
- Run HubSpot CRM campaigns, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows
- Represent the agency at industry events and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Support pitch and proposal development alongside senior leadership
- Proven B2B sales or new business experience in an agency, consultancy, or high-growth environment
- Confident with HubSpot and structured outreach strategies
- Strong communicator - in writing, in a room, and at events
- A self-starter who takes initiative and owns their output
