Are you passionate about using data to shape smarter, faster, and more efficient logistics networks?
We're looking for a Network Planning & Optimization Specialist to take our delivery infrastructure to the next level - not from the warehouse floor, but from the strategy table.
This is a strategic and analytical role - not an operational one. You won't be managing daily execution. Instead, you'll use your analytical mindset to design, optimize, and continuously improve the network that connects our hubs, stations, and last-mile deliveries. You'll work side by side with our Operations and Linehaul Managers, turning operational insight into smart network design and long-term solutions.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Network Design & Master Planning
Build and refine the blueprint that connects hub station last-mile, balancing performance, cost, and scalability.
- Strategic Routing Optimization
Leverage data to define the most efficient routing flows while ensuring SLA targets are met.
- Network Performance Analysis
Monitor actual vs. planned departure/arrival times, identify bottlenecks or deviations, and recommend structural improvements - all from a top-level view.
- Holiday & Peak Planning
Lead planning for high-demand periods, aligning cross-functional teams to maintain service with minimal disruption.
- Fallback & Contingency Design
Ensure resilience by maintaining alternative routing strategies and contingency flows across the network.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Own and lead projects that improve network efficiency, reduce cost per parcel, and increase overall delivery speed.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years experience in logistics planning, transport optimization, or network design
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
- A strategic mindset and systems-level thinking
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with linehaul and operations teams
- English fluency is mandatory
- Chinese is a plus, but not required
