Key Responsibilities as a Network Designer for BT:

1. Design and implement innovative network solutions tailored to the needs of major UK clients.
2. As a design specialist, you will promote what we do and understand the customers' needs to relevant solutions.
3. Optimise network performance to ensure reliability and scalability for enterprise-grade applications.
4. Stay ahead of industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation in network design.
5. Drive a consultative approach by engaging with clients to understand their unique needs, providing tailored network design solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships to ensure strategic alignment and success.

Required Skills/Certifications:

1. Proven experience in network design, ideally with enterprise or public sector clients.
2. Strong knowledge of modern networking technologies - Aruba SD-WAN, WAN/LAN, WiFi.
3. Aruba Central Skills AOS-CX and AOS-S Switches and AOS-8 wireless, Clear Pass desirable.
4. Certification - Professional Level accreditation for Campus Access or Switching.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Certifications: CCNA and CCNP.
