As our Network Design Professional (Customer Solutions), you'll help create market-leading advantages by developing technology into solutions tailored to the worldwide marketplace and bespoke client requirements, enabling new revenue streams through profitable engagement for our Radianz business.

You'll play a key role in creating growth opportunities through:
- Solution requirements (client and platform), definition, and engineering to support pre- and post-sales and WNB/Bid support.
- Industry/Solution/Technology consultancy across the customer journey.
- End-to-end design, solution assurance, and governance processes.
- Providing consultancy on Industry/Solution/Technology aspects across the customer journey.
We see you actively participating in workshops focusing on customer-specific solutions from our lab in London.
What you'll be doing- Collaborating with business and clients to capture requirements for new business, products, solutions, and engineering opportunities.
- Aligning creatively with business technology and product roadmaps, delivering innovative, relevant, and ground-breaking inputs.
- Developing technology into products and capabilities, creating High- and Low-Level Designs.
- Creating re-use strategies or defining new ones to efficiently drive the C2M and L2C journeys.
- Evaluating vendors/suppliers from a technology perspective.
- Managing a small team or individual directly, if applicable.
- Cisco/security/cloud qualifications at a medium/high level, CCIE/CCNP, AWS SOLA, RHEL, etc.
- Design and deployment expertise.
- Understanding and proactive application of design engineering principles & processes.
- Prioritization skills based on business priorities.
- Self-management across multiple work streams and dependencies.
- Experience with platform OSS/NMS development, API development, etc.
- Proven experience in designing new products, services, and technical capabilities or orchestrating significant changes to existing ones.
- Ability to articulate business and operational risks associated with new and emerging technologies and their integration into ecosystems.
- Experience engaging with customers at relevant levels.
- 10% target bonus.
