As a Senior Analyst within our network pharmacy contracting team, you'll guide the development and support of provider networks as well as unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze contract, network, and business issues using relevant data, facts, sound judgment, and established processes
  • Support contract negotiations, implementation, and ongoing administration activities
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure compliance with organizational procedures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to support pharmacy contracting initiatives and drive business objectives
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support the management of pharmacy contract performance and assist with analysis, reporting, issue resolution, and process improvements
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, develop practical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements in processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
