Neighbourhood Steward & Tenant Experience Lead

Co-operative Housing Ireland is seeking a Neighbourhood Specialist to join the Housing Services & Community Engagement team. The role focuses on allocations, lettings, tenancy and estate management, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service across our neighbourhoods.

Based in Dublin 15 with hybrid working, the role requires collaboration across teams, visits to neighbourhoods, and regular reporting on performance KPIs to improve landlord duties and tenant outcomes.
