We are looking for a Neighbourhood Services Administrator within our Tenant Voice Team, reporting to the Tenants Voice Manager. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a busy office environment, a strong administrative background, and good IT skills. Flexibility is essential, as the role will involve a combination of office-based and on-site working.
We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for social housing and a clear understanding of the housing sector, including the role of the Regulator of Social Housing. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly, as well as the confidence to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams to support and enable transformational change. This position would suit an aspiring housing professional, graduate, or someone with transferable skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
This is a home working contract and the majority of duties will be carried out at home, however, employees will be contractually required to attend site on two days per month for team meetings, 121 meetings, etc. Employees may also be required to attend a site for meetings, collaborative work or to undertake work related activities. Site attendance will constitute no more than 40% of working time and includes the contractual 2 days per month.
