This role is on a fixed-term contract until 1st September 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Visiting customers, providing advice, reviewing tenancies and identifying problems. Regularly inspecting estates, raising, reporting and monitoring to a successful conclusion any health and safety or safeguarding concerns.
  • Playing a key role in developing strong relationships within local communities, working collaboratively with other agencies and Platform colleagues.
  • Managing and investigating tenancy issues such as anti-social behaviour, condition of property, fly tipping or safeguarding concerns. Undertake new tenancy sign-ups and accompanied viewings for new homes.
What we need from you

  • This will be a role well suited to someone with experience of working closely with customers to tackle complex issues.
  • You will be proactive in your approach, organised and have the ability prioritise your time to meet timeframes.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach, understanding the importance of delivering a high standard of service.
