Neighbourhood Housing Officer North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) Corby & Kettering

£24 PAYE / £32.10 Umbrella 3-Month Contract Insude IR35

We are seeking 2 Neighbourhood Housing Officers to support increased workload and service backlogs across North Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Estate inspections
• Tenancy management and reviews
• Rent arrears collection
• Tenant sign-ups and property viewings
• General neighbourhood housing management duties

Requirements

• Previous housing or tenancy management experience
• Basic DBS
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong IT skills
• Local Government or Social Housing experience desirable

Working Pattern

• 5 days onsite
• 2 days in Corby, 3 days in Kettering
• Approximately 60% field-based/site visits
