Neighbourhood Housing Lead - Resident Impact & Service

L&Q is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Lead in North West London to support a reliable service for residents. You will be the primary relationship holder with residents across a patch of 500-600 homes, delivering a customer-focused, proactive housing management approach.

The role requires strong people skills, problem solving, and time management to manage a complex workload. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and ongoing stakeholder engagement is expected.
