About The Role
Working Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday - Saturday, 5 days out of 6, 7-hour days)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Additional Payments: 6.7% Flexibility Payment

We have an opportunity for a forward-looking and community-focused individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Engagement and Delivery Officer (NEDO). In this role, you will manage staff and oversee one of our busy libraries in central Manchester.
You will need excellent management and engagement skills, working closely with Manchester communities.
About the CandidateCandidates should demonstrate:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with ICT and digital delivery
- The ability to positively manage and motivate staff
You must be flexible to work across multiple libraries within the area, possibly in other parts of the city, including unsocial hours, weekends, and evenings. Library experience is essential.
